Special events include everything from corporate parties to high school proms; from baby showers to sports events. These photographs are typically photo-journalistic in style, though there may be occasions that require group photos and quick portraits.

Special Event Package
$350 to $500 per hour
- Half-day coverage for 2-4 hours
- $350 Deposit required to book your event or pay in full amount
- No refund for deposit and cancellation
- Balance due to the invoice date
- Late Payment penalty applies after due date
- Photoshoot includes 2-4 hours of coverage for featuring both candid and posed photographs.
- The event will accommodate between 5 and 35 guests
- One professional photographer
- 20+ images with print release
- Professional Light Retouching & Editing
- Purchase images from your preferred gallery WHCC (No Digital Downloading)
- A Gallery will be uploaded to Byron Hampton SmugMug website
- A Gallery will be uploaded to Byron Hampton SmugMug website
- $35.00 each USB/CD/DVD Keepsake (due to shipping cost)
- Travel/Toll/Parking expenses portrait
$550 to $750+ per hour
- Full-day coverage (5-8 hours)
- One or Two photographers (for more coverage and diverse shots)
- 40-100+ guests to the events
- $550 Deposit required to book your event or pay full amount

- Photo coverage both candid and group/posed photos
- 30+ images with print release, depending on activity
